Spiron Solutions began as a group of training and development professionals offering solutions for clients to hone leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills which can be used to make an impact both in the workplace and communities.
But we believed it is not enough to simply impact individuals through training and coaching. We also wanted to help our clients experience organizational growth and development. Impacting company culture and employee satisfaction to help organization’s reach their goals is the heart of our mission.
Our team has extensive experience in the forprofit and nonprofit sectors which allows us to also offer organizational solutions for specialized functions like training and program management.
