Leadership and Entrepreneurship Coaching

Spiron Solutions believes leadership skills are developed like any other, through practice and mentorship. Our leadership coaching services are designed to complement our leadership training programs by taking the knowledge learned and putting it into practice with experienced guidance.

Our coaching helps aspiring executive leaders, managers, and team leaders set goals and stay on track with their implementation. Each coachee’s program is tailored to their specific goals and the challenges they face. Coaching adds structure by allowing a space for leaders to discuss these specific roadblocks and create a personalized map to solutions. The program also supplies a safe space to analyze setbacks, reflect on lessons learned, and get moral support from mentors who have been through similar experiences before and understand the journey.

Creating a startup or running a small business can be a lonely journey, but it doesn’t have to be. Like leadership coaching, entrepreneurship coaching is tailored to each coachee and their business’ stage and/or industry. Coachees get one-on-one guidance on the challenges they are experiencing and insights from successful business owners who have done the legwork to get a business off the ground and have gone through the pains and successes of scaling. 

Sessions are flexible and coaches and coachees meet, either in-person or virtually, on a schedule that fits them best. While the program does provide structured elements, coachees get the most out of the program by bringing their current challenges to sessions and taking advantage of having an experienced business expert help them develop solutions and plans to get to where they want to be.
